Kristen Wall Bates

Broker and Co-Owner

I was born in Garland, Texas and have lived in Rowlett my entire life. I graduated with top honors from Lakeview Centennial High School in 1998. I was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. While attending Baylor, I was a member of and Captain of the Song Leaders Spirit Squad.

I graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with a double major, a BBA in Real Estate and Finance, and a minor in Corporate Communications.

My husband, Stan, and I currently reside in Rowlett, TX and have 3 beautiful girls that keep us busy when we aren't working.

I have been in real estate for over 15 years and took over as broker in 2009. I was blessed to have been mentored by my father, Buddy Wall, who was in real estate for over 20 years. I have held the following real estate leadership positions: President of the Women's Council of Realtors, Treasurer of Lake Cities Association of Realtors, served 2 terms on the MetroTex MLS Committee, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce for the City of Rowlett.

Shannon Wall DeWees

I was born in Pensacola, Florida and grew up in Richardson, Texas. I graduated from Berkner High School. Following high school, I attended the University of North Texas with major studies in Business Administration.

My husband and I reside in Rowlett, TX and have 3 beautiful children.

I have been a licensed Realtor for over 15 years. I served on the executive board of Women's Council of REALTORS (R), Dallas Metro East Chapter. I served 2 terms on the MetroTex MLS Committee.
